Above is our latest custom belt designed to help Ostomates with very large parastomal hernia. It protects the stoma while holding a large hernia in a stable position.
This is a belt we made just last month for an Ostomate with a stoma and a draining fistula. It was designed with measurements provided by the Ostomate and built to her specifications. Wear and Care of Your Celebration® Belt

| 4" Wide Celebration Belt |
The Celebration® belt is made of a comfortable composite material designed for long life and easy care. Your belt should be hand washed in cool water with a mild detergent and hung to dry.
- The plastic Hernia plate and the plastic stoma shield can be cleaned with a mild detergent and wiped dry.
- To wear the belt you will first affix your adhesive stoma wafer. In a two-part pouch system attach the pouch to the wafer.
- Put the hernia plate into its pocket on the belt.
- Place the belt opening in front of the wafer and pull the pouch through the opening.
- Pull the belt ends around your body to a comfortable snug fit.
- Secure the belt with the Velcro ends.
- The stoma shield may be fitted into the belt over the belt opening to protect the stoma from irritation or trauma.
- Fold the parts of the pouch-stabilizing pocket around the pouch. The belt may be worn this way to reduce the pendulum effect of the pouch when contents are in it.
- When the pouch is empty you may fold the pocket up and secure it with the Velcro strip at the top of the belt. Note: The pouch will not fill in the folded position.

Hello Jack,
Just received my new belt and after just five minutes I can say BRAVO. I recently had colon cancer surgery and will be heading back to work in a few weeks. I work for the Michigan Department of Natural and was concerned as to how I was going to cope with my Ostomy which I will have for 6-8 months. The solution arrived today and as the name says I am truly in Celebration®. Thank you so much for your product.

Feeling Normal
I received the package and the belt is just what I needed. I've already mailed you the payment plus I added another payment for a second one. I'd like to have the second one as a backup. I just wanted you to know that before it gets there. When you receive that payment you can send me the second one.
Also, it's highly likely that I will be reordering again in a few months because I've started working out again and have already been losing weight. We'll see. I just wanted to thank you for creating this product. Over the last few days I've been wearing the belt and this is the first time I've felt normal since I went through surgery four years ago. It is a great product. Before I learned about the Celebration Belt® at my doctor's office, I was seriously planning to create something similar on my own! I couldn't believe that no one had created anything like this before. Therefore, I was glad to learn that you had done this. So, thanks again.

Worry Free
Dear Jack,
I happened upon the Celebration Belt® in the 1990's from a mail order catalog, I want to say eaglebrook or something like that. I had a complete illeostomy in 1994. This belt is a God send for anyone with an illeostomy. When I finally found the belt I was having to change 2-3 times a week, I could not go swimming, When I played golf I would loose the flange. I tried many ideas of my own but your brother hit it right on the nose. I turned 62 years old January 8 and love to play golf.
I purchased 3 of the belts and was devastated when I tried to order the 4th and was informed that the manufacturer had passed away and there was no idea of anyone picking up the business.
Since then I have approached virtually every manufacturer in an attempt to have this belt duplicated with no luck. I have tried virtually every belt that even resembled the Celebration® and attempted to modify it to perform in the same manner as the Celebration® belt, with no success.
I contacted the National Ostomy Association, with no luck.
Tuesday, I entered ostomy belt on MSN.COM and your web site appeared. You would not believe how my heart jumped. I contacted your distributor and ordered a belt immediately to check it out and make sure it is the same as the original. Though the price has doubled, it will be worth it if it is the same belt.
I would be glad to ask some of the distributors locally to contact you as a possible source of distribution. Just let me know what I need to do.
Also should you ever need someone to vouch for this apparatus I would be happy to do so. This makes life for an ostomate virtually worry free.

History of the Celebration® Belt
An Ostomate does what needs to be done!
Len Millman developed The Celebration Ostomy Support Belt. Len had lived with Ulcerative Colitis since he was fourteen years old. In his late forties his situation worsened and he received a Colostomy.
At the time Len was a registered pharmacist living in Las Vegas. He was aware of the products available to him as an ostomate. He was active in golf and tennis and was living as a bachelor in one of the playgrounds of the world. He knew he had to create a belt that would allow him the freedom to enjoy his active life style. He developed the concept for the Celebration® Belt fairly rapidly. He knew what he wanted the belt to do for him and he quickly came up with a viable design.
He wanted to stop the pendulum action of the ostomy bag, and secure the wafer against his stoma, making it virtually leak proof. He wanted to protect the stoma from trauma and be able to conceal his appliance.
The Celebration® belt was appropriately engineered and produced and was granted a patent for it’s unique features not available in any other Ostomy device.
We know this is an excellent product and are proud to bring it to the Ostomy community. It is a tribute to Len that we can move this forward and make it available to all ostomates.
